Finance Manager
Location: Stamford, CT
Salary: $180,000 - 200,000
• Direct exposure to partners and the COO
• Broad ownership across accounting, billing, budgeting, and financial reporting

• Oversee financial reporting, monthly close, and variance analysis
• Manage AP/AR, billing operations, payroll review, and cash flow
• Lead budgeting process and support financial planning initiatives
• Maintain accounting systems, controls, and reconciliations (including partner equity)
• Partner with leadership on financial insights, analysis, and decision-making
• Ensure accuracy of client payments, financial data, and reporting processes
• 7+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Prior experience supervising billing or finance teams
• Solid understanding of GAAP, cash/accrual accounting
