Responsibilities include leading accounting operations (general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, taxes), preparing financial statements, managing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and performance reporting. The role involves delivering financial insights, overseeing payroll compliance, ensuring regulatory adherence, leading audits, and implementing controls and process improvements. Collaboration with executive leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives is key, with proficiency in Deltek Ajera software required.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 10+ years of finance experience, 5+ years in senior leadership, and project-based accounting expertise. Advanced Excel skills and relevant industry experience are preferred.
