A day in the life
As the dedicated finance partner for the HR Experience and Technology (HRxT) organization, you"ll balance strategic partnership with deep financial analysis. Your day might include collaborating with leaders to evaluate the financial impact of new workforce management systems, preparing variance reports that explain monthly financial performance to senior leadership, or developing business cases for process automation initiatives. You"ll move between detailed cost analysis-diving into vendor spend or contact center capacity planning-and high-level strategic conversations about how to optimize the cost structure of critical HR services. Your work directly influences decisions about technology investments and operational efficiency across Amazon"s global workforce. You will also collaborate with your peers to support other organization"s in your team"s remit and scale processes across the team.
