Our Fulfillment Centers (FCs) utilize innovative technologies and computer systems to serve millions of customers daily. The North America Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Central Operations team seeks a Finance Manager to lead productivity planning initiatives within Process Engineering (PE) Finance. Working closely with operations teams, you"ll drive strategic productivity improvements across the network.

In this role, you"ll leverage deep operational knowledge to identify and validate cost-saving opportunities while ensuring rigorous financial controls. You"ll partner with operations leadership to develop and implement productivity initiatives, working closely with field finance teams to scale successful programs across the network. Your strategic insights and financial expertise will be crucial in driving operational excellence and sustainable cost improvements throughout our fulfillment network.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead strategic productivity initiatives in partnership with senior operations teams, identifying and validating cost-saving opportunities across the network
  • Develop and implement standardized productivity measurement frameworks, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of performance metrics
  • Drive data-driven decision making through sophisticated financial modeling and analysis of operational performance
  • Partner with field teams to scale successful productivity programs, providing technical guidance and best practice implementation
  • Ensure strong financial controls while validating cost savings initiatives and maintaining alignment between reported and actual performance
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with operations leadership to drive continuous improvement through analytical insights and recommendations
