Position: Finance Manager
Naplesjetcenter is a leading private aviation company that provides exceptional services to its clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the company
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior management
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
- Manage the company's cash flow and make strategic financial decisions
- Oversee the preparation of tax returns and liaise with external auditors
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of managing budgets and forecasting
- Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
