A fast-growing consumer brand in the performance and lifestyle space is seeking a Finance Manager, Inventory Planning to support inventory strategy, demand forecasting, and supply chain finance operations. Description

  • Lead inventory finance and operational planning initiatives, including forecasting, KPI reporting, and variance analysis
  • Partner closely with product and supply chain teams to manage purchase order planning and submission processes
  • Monitor inbound inventory activity and oversee allocation planning across ERP systems and third-party warehouse locations
  • Support inventory forecasting through sales demand modeling, production planning, warehouse allocation analysis, and product sell-through reporting
  • Develop and maintain financial and inventory planning models to support operational and strategic business decisions
  • Analyze inventory trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives focused on automation, scalability, and reporting efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and external manufacturing partners to support business growth and inventory optimization

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, inventory planning, demand planning, supply chain finance, or related analytical roles
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience building forecasting, inventory, or financial models
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Familiarity with inventory management concepts including purchase orders, lead times, safety stock, and 3PL operations
  • Experience working within consumer products, ecommerce, retail, or CPG environments is a plus
  • Exposure to ERP or inventory management systems such as NetSuite, Xero, or similar platforms preferred
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
