    • Oversee general ledger and financial reporting: Reconcile General Ledger accounts, review discrepancies, and guide team members in resolving issues to ensure accuracy and compliance
    • Provide reporting oversight: Ensure accurate processing of financial reports, including month-end closing, monthly forecasts, and variance reports
    • Control budgets and inventory: Track and manage inventories and operational expenses to maintain cost control
    • Supervise payroll processing: Oversee timekeeping systems, weekly payroll submissions, gratuity calculations, and monthly payroll audits
    • Handle financial transactions: Ensure proper processing of received checks, calculate daily deposit transmittals, and maintain financial records
