Insight Global is looking for a Fleet Finance Manager for one of our large companies located in the Fort Mill, SC area.
Below are the day to day responsibilities of this individual.
Fleet and Product Planning Analysis
Multi year modeling based on various fleet scenarios (P&L, ROI, Cash requirements)
Explain the long-term top level KPI impacts of mix changes, fleet age impacts, disposal strategy changes (highlighting material changes due to LOB additions or growth)
P&L forecast implications and contrast to top level financial budgets (IRR, Gains, CF and utilization impacts)
Benchmarking IRR / Service Dept costs and performance to true expectations by line of business and geography driven by age and fleet mix
Disposal analytics rooted in sales channel, lifecycle COO, resale value, cost to replace, disposal timing
Business case development, tracking, post mortem on new programs / investment opportunities
Ad hoc short and long term fleet financial modeling
Product Lifecycle Cash Flow Modeling
Financial modeling fleet directions to sell earlier / hold longer, reman / repair / buy new
Develop and refine TCO models to evaluate full lifecycle costs of equipment to aid in fleet composition and replacement cycles (cash flow / ROI)
Analyze UTE rates and operational data to identify cost saving opportunities such as retiring under performing assets or investing in more productive equipment
Capex Forecast / Budgeting Support
By quarter accuracy sub ledger vs. Finance reconciliation
Financial budgeting review / stress test Dodge demand vs. OEC / revenue assumptions, phasing, fleet impacted rental costs risks
1. Perpetual 18-24 month cash forecast based upon the existing fleet plan

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
- 7+ years of progressive experience in finance
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change. - Fleet experience
- Salesforce experience
- Rental, logistics, or retail service industry experience null
