North America End-to-End (NA E2E) Strategic Planning sits at the center of Amazon"s Supply Chain, offering the opportunity to shape one of the largest, fastest supply chains on the planet. Our team collaborates across Amazon"s Supply Chain to ensure fast, on-time delivery speed at the right cost structure by working closely with operations and finance leaders to surface insights, track performance, and drive analysis to optimize capacity planning, supply chain network design, execution, and customer experience.
This role supports the Financial Planning and Reporting processes for North America Operations, partnering closely with Customer Fulfillment, Inbound Transportation, and Outbound Transportation to drive delivery of valuable financial insights of a rapidly changing, dynamic E2E supply chain network. You will also collaborate with the Standardization and Automation (S&A) team to influence the tech roadmap, driving process improvements and automation.
Your primary responsibility will be driving financial insights across the E2E Supply Chain network and supporting FP&A planning processes. Success in this role requires maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the E2E Supply Chain network, planning and reporting processes, and key deliverables.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who leads with curiosity and is comfortable navigating through ambiguity. They have a demonstrated ability to influence business owners, support thoughtful decision-making, and adapt to a rapidly-evolving environment. You should be comfortable collaborating with executives and various business units across Amazon, bringing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
