This role is pivotal in ensuring the precision and timeliness of financial and operational reports. The successful candidate will be collaborating closely with the sales and operations teams and managing a dedicated team of three members. You'll engage with international entities, driving strategic financial planning and forecasting efforts. Your responsibilities will include overseeing accounting, financial and management reporting, maintaining credit controls across the Americas, and coordinating local cash management activities. You'll ensure that tax filings are accurate and audits are smoothly conducted. Building relationships with local banks, regulatory bodies, and auditors is key. Additionally, leading initiatives in digital transformation and process improvements such as AP workflow and ERP migrations will be part of your remit. Your breadth of duties also includes those assigned by executive leadership.
