    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals

    • Menu Selling

    • Maintain PVR average per minimum standards

    • Develop financial strategies and forecasts
    • Monitor funding, cash flow and financial performance of Lending Partners
    • Prepare financial reports and analysis
    • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
    • Ensure compliance federal financial regulations

    Requirements:

    • Previous Automotive Finance Experience or Top Salesperson (20+ units) looking for promotion opportunity
    • Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
    • Dealertrack, Darwin, and CRM experience
    • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Advanced proficiency in financial management software
