The Finance Manager CBU is accountable for the financial leadership and financial management for an Interdependent Business Unit (CBU). The position is responsible for optimizing the financial and operational performance and achieving organizational objectives and strategic goals. The Finance Manager CBU leads efforts to improve operations and monitor metrics, including staffing, labor productivity, overtime, and serves as a key resource to monitor budget variances. The incumbent partners with clinical and operational leaders to provide guidance and share financial talent to maximize on financial opportunities; identifies opportunities for improvement and leads the execution of financial improvement initiatives; and translates financial targets into actionable operating objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (or foreign equivalent)
A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible finance experience, including a minimum of 3 years’ experience in each of the following:
· Financial Modeling, Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, KPI Development & Management, Financial Analysis, Variance Analysis, and Process Automation
· Software tools including Microsoft Suit, Power BI, SQL, Jet reports, and Microsoft dynamics SL
