As an F&I team member, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving dealership success. If you’re results-driven, customer-focused, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you. 
By delivering the right financing and protection options, you turn a purchase into long-term satisfaction and trust. This isn’t a desk job—it’s the finish line. As the final touchpoint in the powersports journey, you close the deal, protect the ride, and elevate the entire experience. You match customers with smart financing and protection so they can focus on what matters most: the ride. 
Powersports Finance & Sales Experience  
  • Welcome customers and seamlessly transition them from Sales to Finance, delivering a smooth and engaging powersports purchase experience 
  • Build trust-based relationships with customers and dealership teams to support long-term loyalty and repeat business 
  • Conduct consultative interviews to identify financing needs for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft 
  • Present clear, transparent, menu-style pricing and protection products, including service contracts, GAP, and tire & wheel coverage 
  • Process all finance transactions with compliance to state and federal regulations 
  • Prepare, audit, and submit accurate deal packages to ensure fast, efficient lender funding 
  • Maintain strong lender relationships to secure competitive rates and approvals 
  • Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction, referrals, and repeat purchases 
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that strengthened brand loyalty in a high-energy powersports environment 
What We’re Looking For 
  • 6+ months of sales experience 
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic 
  • Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment 
  • Proven ability to close deals ethically while maintaining strong customer satisfaction 
  • Basic MS Office/computer skills 
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
