We are seeking an experienced F&I Manager to support our Sales Department at a growing Subaru dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer loan origination and approval processes
- Present financing and protection products to maintain high CSI
- Complete transaction documentation and ensure compliance
- Assist customers with financing options and recommend additional products
- Maintain certifications and professional proficiency
- Prepare contracts, submit deals, evaluate credit, and close transactions
- Ensure timely funding and regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
- Prior F&I experience in automotive dealership required
- Knowledge of dealership finance procedures, title laws, and registration
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to improvement
- Flexible schedule and valid driver’s license
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
