Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all customer loan origination and approval processes
- Present financing and protection products while maintaining high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
- Complete all transaction documentation, purchase contracts, and related paperwork
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product and compliance information
- Provide financing recommendations and assist customers in securing loan arrangements
- Present additional product offerings to enhance customer ownership experience
- Maintain required certifications and professional proficiency for the role
- Accurately “desk” deals, submit to lenders, evaluate credit decisions, and effectively close transactions
- Ensure all deals comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Prepare contracts and ensure proper delivery of finalized deals
- Ensure timely funding of all contracts
Qualifications
- Prior F&I experience in an automotive dealership required
- CDK experience preferred
- Dealertrack experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Familiarity with title laws and vehicle registration processes
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Valid driver’s license required
- College degree preferred or equivalent dealership experience
