We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support new store openings with a focus on tax and finance readiness. This role will lead change initiatives tied to new software implementations, ensuring cross-functional alignment, organizational readiness, and smooth adoption across teams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can partner effectively with compliance, tax, finance, and training teams.
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven experience leading change management initiatives tied to new software implementations
Strong experience working with cross-functional teams (tax, finance, compliance, operations)
Hands-on experience supporting new store openings or similar multi-site rollouts
Knowledge of tax and financial processes, particularly related to compliance for new locations
Demonstrated ability to drive organizational readiness, including stakeholder alignment and adoption planning
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience partnering with training teams to support enablement and adoption
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Prosci (or similar change management) certification
Background in finance, accounting, or tax
Experience in retail or multi-location environments
Familiarity with change impact assessments, communications planning, and training strategies
