Now Hiring Finance Card Support Specialist

Location: Austin, TX

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Saturday | 9 AM - 6 PM

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Previous call center experience required
  • Experience in financial services or card support preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to handle complex issues
  • Proven ability to de-escalate difficult customer situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to understand complex processes
  • Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable providing real-time support and guidance to team members

Your Day, Your Hustle:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries related to card issues via phone, with some email/chat support
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to support agents in real-time and resolve complex customer concerns
  • Investigate and resolve escalated or high-impact customer issues with a focus on full resolution
  • Assist with live agent support through internal communication tools
  • Make outbound calls to customers as needed to resolve issues or follow up
  • Manage and respond to complaints from call center staff in a timely and professional manner
  • De-escalate customer situations and deliver a positive customer experience
