The Finance Associate Aftermarket Parts will play a critical role in translating financial results into actionable intelligence while supporting both near term execution and long-term growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the Service Parts and Service teams, delivering clear, data-driven financial insights.
- Develop and maintain real-time reporting tools and dashboards to support operational decision-making.
- Lead the annual financial planning process and contribute to long-term strategic planning.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and evaluate strategic investments to enhance market competitiveness.
- Own financial results for Power Systems North America and consolidate global results in collaboration with regional analysts.
- Support budget and headcount planning for the Selling, Marketing & Unit Admin teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Continuously improving financial processes using benchmarking and best practices.
- Lead or contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
- Experience working in a global business environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial planning, Microsoft reporting tools, and SAP business systems.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
