Job Title: Finance Assistant Analyst
Location: Winston-Salem, NC (1100 Reynolds Blvd.)
Pay Rate: $28.50/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking Finance Assistant Analysts to support the Global Business Services Control organization. This role plays a key part in managing distributor volume reporting, distributor fee calculations, and error resolution, contributing directly to accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Ensure timely receipt, processing, analysis, and approval of distributor volume reports
Monitor productivity metrics and adhere to targets for reporting accuracy and timeliness
Maintain strict deadline adherence for distributor volume recovery and reporting schedules
Identify process inefficiencies and implement streamlined, automated workflows
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and Sales teams to resolve issues and align deliverables
Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies to reduce reporting errors and compliance risks
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to assess risk and propose solutions
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at multiple levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS applications
Attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to meet strict deadlines
Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
1–3 years of finance, business, or analytical experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Proven success in process improvement or automation initiatives
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
