Position Summary:
The Final Finish Technician is responsible for cleaning both the inside and outside of the boat, apply decals, ensuring all final parts are on the boat and installing sea deck (when required). The Final Finish Technician is also responsible for packing all loose parts and prepping the boat for shipping.

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Prior detailing experience preferred but not required.
Language Skills: Ability to read, speak and write in English. Basic reading and comprehension skills.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one-or-two step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with a high frequency of variables.
