We are currently screening and interviewing candidates for 1st Shift (7am - 3:30pm) Final Assembly positions for a manufacturing company in West Columbia. This is a temp to hire role with the goal of transitioning to a permanent employee. This person will excel in assembly skills and possess the following experience. This role pays $18/hour, paid weekly via direct deposit.
2 + year(s)industry related experience in assembly/test in a manufacturing environment. This experience would ideally feature exposure to blueprints / schematics.
Perform basic mathematical calculations, as well as demonstrate effective verbal, written, and basic computer skills.
Possess strong mechanical reasoning.
1+ Years of experience with wiring
Possess strong knowledge of electrical clearances
Possess experience with measuring tools and basic power tools
