The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Montana State Hospital.
The File and Data Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining an employee personnel, training, and health information database and files that comply with CMS Certification requirements.

Qualifications for this Career Opportunity
Knowledge of database design, creation and maintenance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information and follow policy and procedure
Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
Intermediate skill level using computer software such as Word and Excel
Meet minimum qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or closely related
One year of experience with databases and record management
Other combinations of education and experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
