Filament Winder Operator
Location: Northwest Houston, TX
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Opening

Work a steady overnight schedule in a hands-on manufacturing role. This position focuses on operating filament winding equipment, handling materials, and keeping production running safely and efficiently.

Job Highlights

• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule

What You’ll Do

• Operate filament winding machines during production
• Set up, clean, and break down equipment and resin baths
• Handle and move production materials and finished parts
• Follow standard procedures to offload and stage products
• Use hand and power tools as needed
• Keep work area clean and follow safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly (up to 100 lbs with help)
• Comfortable working long shifts on your feet
• Must be able to wear a respirator (clean-shaven required for proper fit)
• Able to work in a hot, physically demanding environment
