SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an experienced Field Technician Support Specialist for a Voice AI hardware company in Addison, TX.

A successful Field Technician Support Specialist will have strong experience supporting electromechanical installations and providing real-time technical assistance in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to read wiring diagrams, and hands-on knowledge of hardware systems including audio, telecom, or IoT devices.

Available Shift:
• Monday through Thursday
• 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Overtime may be available based on project needs
Responsibilities of the Field Technician Support Specialist:
• Serve as the primary technical resource for field technicians performing Voice AI hardware installations
• Provide real-time remote support to guide installation, integration, and troubleshooting
• Ensure technicians are fully prepared with proper documentation, tools, and requirements prior to site arrival
• Review installation reports, validation results, and install photos for accuracy and quality
• Act as the escalation point during installations to resolve issues quickly and maintain timelines
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring technical issues and solutions
• Maintain clear communication with field teams and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in electromechanical installation, hardware operations, or related field
• Experience with audio hardware, telecom CPE, IoT devices, or industrial control panels
• Familiarity with intercom systems or drive-thru hardware (HME, Panasonic, PAR/3M preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and assembly drawings
• Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, networking, cabling, audio devices)
• Hands-on experience with hardware assembly and installation processes
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
