In this role, you’ll provide essential industrial cleaning and environmental services—including vacuuming, flushing, and blasting—across a wide range of industries such as power generation, manufacturing, transportation, food production, and more. Every day brings new environments, new challenges, and the chance to make a direct impact. What You’ll Do - Perform hands-on industrial cleaning and environmental services on active job sites
- Operate specialized equipment such as vacuum trucks, hoses, and blasting systems
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear protective equipment at all times
- Work as part of a team to complete demanding projects efficiently and safely
- Handle physically active tasks including lifting, pulling, and maneuvering equipment
- Work in a variety of environments, including confined spaces, elevated areas, and outdoor conditions
- Respond to emergency and scheduled service calls, sometimes on short notice
- Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the role

- Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel when required
- Ability to work in industrial environments with varying conditions (heat, cold, noise, etc.) including atmospheres and locations with the potential for exposure to various chemical and physical agents, some of which may be hazardous, toxic, or corrosive
- Ability to engage in strenuous physical labor including lifting and pulling heavy objects up to 75lbs
- Ability to operate light and heavy equipment, handles various hand tools and powered industrial tools, works with vibration-producing tools
- Ability to work in potentially elevated noise levels, confined spaces, including lifting in areas of low clearance
- Ability to work at elevations including working from ladders and scaffolding
- Ability to be on call for emergency response on rotating basis every other week
Required Qualifications - Successfully complete a pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical
- Meet facial standards per OSHA's Respiratory Protection standard, 29 CFR 1910.34
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to commute to and from work
- Reliable phone to respond quickly when on call
