We are seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join our Field Electrical team. Open positions may include Electricians, Electrical Foremen, and Electrical Superintendents, depending on experience and qualifications.
Team members in these roles are responsible for installing, maintaining, and overseeing electrical systems in field environments while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable codes and company standards. Individuals may work independently or lead field crews depending on experience level.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities may vary depending on experience level but may include:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and systems
Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in the field
Install conduit, cable trays, panels, and other electrical components
Test electrical systems using appropriate diagnostic tools
Ensure work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
Maintain a safe work environment and follow company safety procedures
Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and field personnel to complete projects on schedule
Lead and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and job site activities (Foreman/Superintendent roles)
Monitor project progress, quality standards, and job site safety
Communicate project updates, material needs, and potential issues to management
Qualifications
Qualifications will vary based on role and experience level:
High school diploma or GED required
Electrical apprenticeship, journeyman certification, or equivalent experience preferred
Experience working in commercial, industrial, or field electrical environments
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and construction plans
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred for Foreman and Superintendent roles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work in various field environments
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights when required
Additional Requirements
Valid driver's license may be required
Ability to travel to job sites as needed
Willingness to work overtime or varied schedules depending on project needs
