Reporting line: Support Manager

Scope: Full-time

Location: Spain

We are looking for a Field Support Technician to join our team and be part of Beewise Operations group. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing tracking and solving of technical errors, testing equipment, handling repairs at the field, conducting site inspections, engaging with customers and more.

Responsibilities

Solving technical errors and maintaining Beewise devices in the field.

Implement ECOs and mechanical changes in the systems deployed in the field.

Supporting development processes.

Remote technical support - Tier 1 support level.

Requirements

Experience in technical oriented positions such: technician, field support specialist etc.

Basic computer applications skills - Mandatory.

Ability to solve problems independently.

Availability during non-routine hours - flexible schedule and willing to work overtime when required.

Willingness to work with bees (wearing a beekeeping suit when needed).

Willing to work non-standard working hours.

Ability to work in field settings and outdoors.

Service oriented and excellent communication skills.

An advantage:

Manufacturing background (Mechanical assemblies, wiring etc.)

Maintenance and integration of mechanical / electronic / robotic systems.
