Title: Field Support Level 1      

Location: New York, NY
Position Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$20.00-$26.00 Per Hr

Description
Provide IT support for outpatient radiology centers and call centers.
Support users with various systems and equipment.
Address issues reported through multiple channels.
Work under the guidance of IT Operations leadership.
Recommend improvements for workflows and systems.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to assess hardware and software needs.
Resolve issues, service tickets, and projects in the designated area.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of supported equipment and systems.
Work with vendors to escalate and resolve issues.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related technical field.
Strong operational and analytical abilities with excellent communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of PC, printer, and network operations.
High proficiency in problem determination and resolution.
Ability to travel between sites as needed with a valid driver's license.
