Seeking a self-motivated IT support professional with 7+ years of experience and GxP knowledge to lead projects and handle tickets in a manufacturing environment. The role involves acting as the primary IT point of contact, supporting rapid response and incident management, troubleshooting network and hardware issues, coordinating with vendors, and supporting application and infrastructure tasks. Experience with ITIL processes, network infrastructure, multiple OS and databases, and manufacturing support is essential. The candidate should be able to work independently, support off-hours, and demonstrate strong coordination and multitasking skills. GxP and project leadership experience are preferred, with additional knowledge of MES and pharma manufacturing advantageous.
