We are hiring a Field Supervisor (Steam Blow / Air Blow) to oversee daily site execution of blowing scopes.
In this role, you'll lead crews, manage equipment readiness, coordinate with clients, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Your responsibilities include supervising steam and/or air blows from setup to completion, conducting toolbox talks, enforcing safety protocols, verifying resource availability, collaborating with project teams, maintaining daily reports, and coordinating with clients and other trades to prevent conflicts.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of oilfield/industrial experience with steam or air blow operations
- Leadership experience as a supervisor or foreman
- Strong safety focus and comfort working with high-energy systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel extensively (70-80%)
**Nice to Have:**
- Certifications such as Basic Plus, TWIC, First Aid
- Experience with related scopes like nitrogen services, hydro testing, chemical cleaning
- Ability to read technical drawings and procedures
**Schedule & Conditions:**
- 12-hour field shifts
- Outdoor/industrial environment with lifting, terrain, noise, and weather exposure
