Midwest Pool Management is hiring Field Supervisors for the upcoming summer season. Field Supervisors play a critical role in guiding staff, troubleshooting operational issues, and supporting multiple facilities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and skilled at both communication and leadership. Field Supervisors work closely with facility management staff and District Managers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure staff have the knowledge, resources, and tools needed for success.
Schedule & Pay
- Schedule: Evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call availability
- Employment Type: Part-time, Seasonal (March-October)
- Pay: Starting at $18.50 per hour
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and consistently complete projects on time
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendars
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to follow GPS directions
- Must have a working cell phone with camera and photo sending/receiving capabilities
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
Responsibilities
- Perform facility inspections, evaluating safety, cleanliness, staff professionalism, and customer service
- Assist managers in maintaining safe, clean facilities exceeding expectations
- Monitor and report on pool supply inventories
- Assist with staff scheduling as needed
- Assist with pre-season and post-season preparation work
- Attend and actively participate in weekly and biweekly meetings
- Document and maintain up-to-date maintenance records
- Troubleshoot operational, personnel, and water quality issues with facility managers
- Perform basic pool, pump, and filter maintenance and assist in technical troubleshooting
- Vacuum, skim, and brush pools
- Maintain chemical levels, test water, and adjust chemicals as needed
- Serve as a resource and mentor for staff, supporting their development and performance
Certifications & Training
- Lifeguard Certification required (StarGuard Elite or equivalent). Lifeguard training is available and must be successfully completed prior to working
- The Certification Course covers emergency response, first aid, CPR, and AED use - skills that are essential for responding quickly and confidently to emergencies
- Training provided for Field Supervisors as needed to support facility operations and staff management
