Position Overview:
Our client is hiring a skilled and motivated Field Supervisor and Project Manager to lead on-site operations while overseeing project planning and execution. This hybrid position blends field supervision with project management duties, requiring a proactive leader who can manage teams, coordinate multiple tasks, and ensure successful project completion on time and within budget.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily field operations, ensuring work is performed efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards.
Direct field staff, delegate responsibilities, and evaluate performance to uphold quality and productivity.
Plan and manage projects, defining scope, schedules, budgets, and resource needs.
Serve as the key liaison between clients, field crews, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
Track project milestones, anticipate and resolve issues, and maintain momentum toward goals.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
Conduct routine site visits to confirm quality, adherence to plans, and safe practices.
Prepare and share project updates, reports, and presentations with stakeholders.
Work collaboratively across departments to support project execution and troubleshoot any challenges.
Promote continuous improvement by streamlining workflows and enhancing performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Demonstrated experience in field supervision and project management, ideally in construction or a similar industry.
Exceptional leadership, organization, and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar).
Solid understanding of safety procedures and field operations.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills for effective team and client engagement.
Willingness to travel to project sites and work in dynamic environments.
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
Work Environment:
This role combines on-site fieldwork with office-based project management. Flexibility to travel and occasional extended hours may be required to meet deadlines and project demands.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary of $95,000 plus commission
