The Rig Tool Pusher/Field Supervisor oversees workover rig crews, manages daily operations, and coordinates with management, subcontractors, and customers to ensure efficient rig performance and customer satisfaction.
- Responsibilities include communicating with stakeholders, implementing job orders, monitoring crew performance, managing equipment and safety protocols, and supporting business development.
- Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of Tool Pusher/Field Supervisor experience, 5+ years as a Rig Operator, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Candidates must be able to work in various weather conditions, lift up to 75 lbs, and work flexible schedules, including travel and rotational shifts.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and safety awareness are essential. Preference is given to local applicants within 60 miles of Odessa, TX.
