Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, 3+ years supervisory experience, and pre-employment screenings. CDL and HAZWOPER certification preferred.
Skills needed: strong communication, team motivation, urgency, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Physical demands involve lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, and working in varied weather conditions.
