Summary
Sports supervisors are responsible for administering adult and youth sports while providing world-class customer service for patrons. Sports supervisors are expected to have general knowledge of adult and youth sports programs offered by the City of Fort Collins.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be able to work weeknights and some weekends.
- Enforce sports rules and policies with staff and participants.
- Maintains work area facilities, supplies, and equipment.
- Completes a variety of paperwork, including daily logs, results, and incident reports.
- Assist with any first aid, CPR, and other medical attention as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Attends and participates in staff meetings and trainings.
- Performs all other related duties.
- Maintain a professional appearance with required staff shirt and/or jacket.
