Description: Field Supervisor - Custodial

Job Summary: The FIELD SUPERVISOR CUSTODIAL ensures safe, clean, reliable learning environments by leading day-to-day custodial operations across assigned schools.

This role partners closely with building administrators and the Business Operations team to plan, schedule, and monitor work; uphold safety, health, and environmental

standards; and steward district resources. The supervisor provides coaching and direction to custodial staff, coordinates vendor services, and supports risk

management and indoor air quality programs to maintain facilities that reflect Lakota''s standards of excellence.

Qualifications: 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities, custodial, or building operations, including supervisory responsibilities.

Valid driver''s license.

Knowledge of accrediting and regulatory standards and applicable district policies.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to handle problems tactfully and professionally.

Computer proficiency to maintain records, documents, and reports.

Analytical ability to evaluate data, prioritize work, and develop action plans.

Proven supervisory skills with the ability to train, guide, and review staff work.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to emergencies, and resolve issues in a positive manner.

Working Conditions: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week and 260 days per year based on a school year calendar, 1 FTE.
