We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Superintendent to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. This role is crucial to our company's success, as you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, from initial planning to final execution. You will be the point person for our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, as you will be directly involved in project management, construction management, operations, field supervision, and construction site coordination.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from initial planning to final execution.
2. Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring they comply with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
3. Coordinate and manage construction site operations, including labor, materials, and equipment.
4. Provide installation oversight, ensuring installations are carried out correctly and efficiently.
5. Ensure compliance with OSHA 30 safety regulations, creating a safe and healthy work environment for all workers.
6. Coordinate with union labor, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
7. Utilize carpentry skills as needed, ensuring all construction work is carried out to the highest quality standards.
8. Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
9. Resolve any on-site issues or disputes, ensuring all work is carried out smoothly and efficiently.
10. Conduct regular site inspections, identifying and rectifying any potential issues or defects.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Millwork/Carpentry industry.
2. Proven experience in project management, construction management, operations, field supervision, and construction site coordination.
3. Demonstrated ability to oversee installations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
4. Knowledge of OSHA 30 safety regulations.
5. Experience coordinating with union labor.
6. Carpentry skills, with a keen eye for quality and detail.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and resolve disputes.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and rectify potential issues or defects.
9. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
10. Must be willing to travel to various construction sites as needed.
