· Manage regular communication with assigned clients — calls, emails, and visits — to stay connected and aware of upcoming work.
· Enforce Safety Program, Toolbox Talks, and Field Hazard Plans
· Support and Coach Field team for continued growth and development onsite
· Manage onsite activities and sequence work to maximize efficiency
· Ensure work progress aligns with manpower forecasts and production expectations
· Follow up with assigned projects to gather client feedback, track project status, and coordinate labor, material, and equipment accordingly
· Inspect work installations to maintain Department & Manufacture Standards
· Attend and contribute to department meetings, turnover meetings, and client discussions as needed.
· Conduct in-person client visits and job-site meetings to strengthen relationships and alleviate concerns.
The Superintendent position is responsible for overseeing all onsite construction activities to ensure projects are maintained on track through completion. This role carries direct responsibility for problem solving and mitigating risk onsite through regular communication with client contacts, site foremen, and project management team. It handles safety assurance, manpower production, and quality standards.
You’ll be expected to stay proactive, communicate clearly, and bring value by helping maintain high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable balancing multiple projects, field crews, and client relationships without constant oversight.
