$110,000–$130,000 Base Salary + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Benefits

My client is a well-established commercial roofing contractor with an outstanding reputation in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. Due to continued growth and a strong backlog of commercial and industrial projects, they are looking to add an experienced Operations Field Superintendent to their team.

This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in running organized, productive job sites while mentoring crews and maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead field operations on commercial roofing projects from mobilization through completion.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop field crews while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.
• Partner closely with Project Managers and Operations to ensure successful project execution.
• Perform site inspections and maintain quality control throughout each phase of construction.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
• Support planning, scheduling, and efficient resource allocation across multiple projects.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• Proven experience leading commercial roofing field operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple crews and coordinating complex commercial projects.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and commercial roofing safety practices.
• Experience in industrial environments, including refineries or similarly complex facilities, is highly preferred.
• Technical training or certifications in construction management, commercial roofing systems, or OSHA are a plus.
