The Jack Laurie Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Superintendent<\/b> to lead our Commercial Interiors Division in Northeast Indiana.

This position is ideal for a proven construction leader with extensive experience in metal stud framing, drywall hanging, and acoustical ceiling systems<\/b>, who can successfully manage multiple projects, lead field personnel, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors and customers.

The Field Superintendent serves as the operational leader for multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Drywall Finishing Coordination
<\/p><\/li>
Acoustical Ceiling Tile (ACT) Installation
<\/p><\/li>
Interior Commercial Construction Projects
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
The successful candidate must possess a strong understanding of commercial interiors construction means and methods and have the ability to lead both company employees and subcontractor partners.

Lead, mentor, and develop field employees and foremen
<\/p><\/li>
Manage subcontractor performance and accountability
<\/p><\/li>
Coordinate manpower requirements across multiple projects
<\/p><\/li>
Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and teamwork
<\/p><\/li>
Conduct field evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Oversee daily field operations on multiple commercial projects
<\/p><\/li>
Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
<\/p><\/li>
Monitor production goals and project milestones
<\/p><\/li>
Review project drawings, specifications, and construction schedules
<\/p><\/li>
Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project success
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Serve as the primary field representative of Jack Laurie Group
<\/p><\/li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, Owners, and Customers
<\/p><\/li>
Attend project meetings and planning sessions
<\/p><\/li>
Communicate project updates and field concerns professionally and effectively
<\/p><\/li>
Protect and enhance Jack Laurie Group's reputation on every jobsite
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project specifications
<\/p><\/li>
Conduct routine quality inspections
<\/p><\/li>
Enforce company safety policies and procedures
<\/p><\/li>
Promote proactive jobsite safety and risk management
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
5+ years of commercial construction leadership experience
<\/p><\/li>
Strong background in:
<\/p>
Metal Stud Framing
<\/p><\/li>
Drywall Hanging
<\/p><\/li>
Acoustical Ceiling Installation
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
Experience supervising field employees and subcontractors
<\/p><\/li>
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
<\/p><\/li>
Excellent communication and organizational skills
<\/p><\/li>
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Multi -project management experience
<\/p><\/li>
Experience with commercial healthcare, education, industrial, or office construction
<\/p><\/li>
Previous Superintendent, General Foreman, or Senior Foreman experience
<\/p><\/li>
Strong scheduling and workforce planning abilities
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
