Under supervision, implement a program to support client adoption and adherence to operational procedures. Contribute to efforts to expand program reach within a designated territory. Core Job Responsibilities:
Oversee preparation and shipment of materials, ensuring quality and recommending process improvements.
Identify reprocessable items and advise stakeholders on cost-saving opportunities.
Provide on-site support, addressing questions and optimizing workflow.
Educate and train staff on program value and best practices.
Conduct regular facility visits and support new client onboarding and program launches.
Prepare reports and use data to drive targeted education and program growth.
Manage service schedules and obtain purchase orders for reprocessed items.
Lead training sessions for clinical staff to promote program adoption.
Develop and monitor implementation plans, coordinating with internal teams and clients.
Build strong relationships with clients and internal partners to ensure program success.
Gather feedback, resolve issues promptly, and support operational needs as required.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Relevant Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of sales or customer service related experience OR high school diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of sales or customer service related experience.
Additional
Experience developing presentations for various audience levels.
Willing to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Position may require lifting and pushing boxes that weigh up to 20 lbs.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
