As a Field Services Repair Area Manager, you'll oversee Best Buy's in-home repair business in your designated coverage area. You'll directly lead Best Buy and Geek Squad employees while managing relationships with a network of service partner (third-party) teams that fulfill work in the home. You'll build a strong employee culture that leads to favorable customer and business results.
This role cover the Houston Metro Area. You will need to reside within those areas, however we prefer talent located in either the Houston Metro and/or surrounding counties (Fort Bend, Montgomery, Harris, Galveston, Wharton, Brazoria)
This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on site at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or another Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
