Please read on for more details!Responsibilities Troubleshoot reported problems with existing products, consider potential solutions, communicate and follow up with engineering teams until resolvedPartners with Electrical Engineers on changes to improve mechanical and electromechanical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials; and soliciting observations from operatorsCreate 2-D and 3-D designs to run simulations, analysis, and testsDiscuss product integration details with OEM customers during product integration and lifecycle supportPerform harness design while also analyzing design level problemsCollaborate with various departments such as Quality, Production, Technical Support, Software, and more.Qualifications & Experience Look at products with a mechanical engineering perspective. We manufacture devices that include motors, gears, and rollers to move and print on paperExperience using SOLIDWORKS to create 2-D and 3-D designs. SOLIDWORKS certification a plusAbility to measure and confirm part dimensions. Ability to use an OGP coordinate measurement machine is a plusStrong analytic and communication skills.
