JOB DIMENSIONS:
Job Summary:Under general supervision, assist in site set up, clean up, disassembling, cleaning,installing, servicing, and repairing valves on site; schedule and perform yearlymaintenance work; maintain job usage records; and perform related duties as assigned.
Reports to:Field Service Manager.
Examples of Duties and Responsibilities:
Service truck set up;Perform job site set-up and tool clean-up;
Perform service on site;Prepare and organize supplies given work order needs;Assist with assembly, modify, repair and replace of valves;Regular punctuality, attendance, and absence reporting in conformance with company policies is essential to the successful performance of this position; andFully comply with company rules, policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure safe and effective operations.
QUALIFICATIONS GUIDELINES:Any combination equivalent of, but not limited to, the following:
Experience/Training/Education:Some field experience and training in assembly, installation, service and repair of allproduct lines; trained in company safety policies and procedures.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to communicate with company representatives, vendors and customer representatives;Ability to perform basic math computations;Skill in use of hand tools and small power tools;Good knowledge of all product lines;Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions;Ability to read and interpret schematic drawings;Ability to organize, schedule and complete work with minimal supervision;Good knowledge of basic assembly and repair procedures and principles of hydraulics;Ability to lay out materials and assist in completing billing records;Ability to learn job related software programs;Ability to quality for Confined Space Entry certificate; andAbility to work in confined spaces.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to reach, stretch, bend, lift, move, and carry objects weighing 50 pounds or less;Ability to move heavier objects with the assistance of others or by using mechanical devices;Ability to operate a motor vehicle; andAbility to perform essential functions of the job, as defined;

Special Requirements:
