Field Service Technician | Production Print Solutions - Sacramento, CA
The Role
You'll install, maintain, and repair high-volume production printers at customer locations across your assigned service territory. This is hands-on work: diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventative maintenance on schedule, managing service inventory, and keeping customer sites running at expected standards. You'll work independently after training, handle occasional travel outside territory when needed, and be available for periodic on-call rotation.
What You'll Need
Electro-mechanical skills and a solid work ethic. Previous printer or production equipment maintenance experience is a plus, but we're more interested in mechanical aptitude and trainability than credentials. You should be comfortable with basic computer skills and Microsoft Windows, able to lift 50 lbs regularly, and mobile 50%+ of the time (walking, standing, stooping, kneeling). Valid driver's license required. Willing to travel for training.

Details
8-hour shift. Some overtime and periodic on-call rotation required. Travel to training required; occasional travel to outside service areas. Multiple customer locations within assigned service territory.

$55k-60k
