What You''ll Do
As a Field Service Technician, you will serve as the face of our organization in the field, providing both onsite and remote support for apparel dispensing machines used by customers across a variety of industries.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, software upgrades, and network verification on apparel dispensing systems.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers within a five-hour radius of Reno, NV.
Coordinate service visits with internal teams, service partners, and customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Build strong working relationships with customers and business partners through professional and responsive service.
Execute equipment installations, including unloading, assembly, setup, network verification, and final operational testing.
Deliver onsite training for customer personnel and end users to ensure successful system adoption.
Accurately document service activities, expenses, and customer interactions using systems such as Salesforce, MaintainX, and Outlook.
Participate in occasional after-hours emergency service calls when needed.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road and working in different environments.
Travel is required approximately 3-4 weeks per month throughout the assigned territory.
Approximately 25-50% of trips do not require overnight stays.
Occasional projects may require week-long travel assignments.
Physical Requirements
To perform this role successfully, candidates must be able to:
Stand for extended periods.
Kneel, squat, bend, crawl, climb, and work in various positions as needed.
Lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Adjust visual focus and work with detailed equipment components.
