Your Role: Field Service Technician

This full -time position offers a great opportunity to work in an exciting, fast -paced, and ever -changing environment.

What you will do:
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Become a certified ETC Authorized Service Provider
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Prepare and start up new stage & studio lighting systems
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Provide field service for existing lighting systems and equipment
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Provide technical phone support during, and after business hours
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Train customers on new lighting equipment
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Triage and repair lighting equipment
<\/div>

<\/div>
Your Impact:

· Provide excellent external and internal customer service
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Advise systems integrators on system specifications
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Evaluate project site conditions and status
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Impress customers, contractors, and passersby with your cool, collected confidence
<\/div><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Who You Are:
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Experienced with installation, operation and integration of entertainment and architectural lighting control systems
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Background in Live Production, Broadcast or Film Production Industries
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Fluent in DMX and network control configurations
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Comprehends riser diagrams, technical schematics and related drawings
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Excellent interpersonal, time management and problem -solving skills
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Exceptional verbal and written skills
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Able to work independently or as part of a team
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Available to travel to jobsites for extended periods (2 or more days)
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Promotes a safe work environment and experience
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Access to a personal vehicle for business use.
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Able to lift 50lbs safely
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Able to work at height
