We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Technician near the Houston area to support our growing operations and ensure the reliable performance of customer equipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, energetic, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment, while delivering high-quality service to customers and internal team members. This role plays a key part in upholding company values and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
Must be located in or near the Houston area and within a 1-hour drive of a major airport (IAH)
Ability to travel 100% - Monday through Friday, year-round
Must be able to obtain a U.S. Passport;some international travel may be required
Comfortable working in a variety of work environments
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems related to sheet metal fabrication equipment
Provide effective technical assistance, including repair and warranty support for in-field equipment
Deliver phone-based technical support to customers through the in-house Help Desk
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications for installations and repairs
Operate hand tools, power tools, precision measuring devices, and electronic/electrical testing instruments
Execute equipment installations and provide training to customers during the installation process
Collaborate with team members and departments to support organizational growth
Assist with additional service-related projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial service work preferred
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow
Ability to work independently while effectively managing tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Mechanical and electrical experience preferred
Roll forming experience preferred
