Our client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for a Field Service Technician for their Broward & Dade County, FL location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • The primary responsibilities for this Field Service Technician include providing great customer service while diagnosing and solving retail equipment failures within service level agreements at client locations in a service geography.
  • This equipment includes POS (point of sale) registers, self checkout registers, thermal printers, laser printers, scanners, servers, PCs, thin clients, phone systems, RF, networking, pharmacy, minute clinic, photo and other related computer peripherals.
  • This Field Service Technician position involves driving between client locations in a large geography to service and install hardware, assisting other neighboring areas with workload,
  • Coverage in the Broward/ Dade area with Field Technical Services
 
Requirements:
  • Verifyable High School Diploma or GED Required
  • 1-3 Years of previous hands on technical knowledge and experience.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware
  • Reside within the territory supported. Ability to lift printers, servers, equipment to 75 pounds, and occasionally work on a ladder.
