We’re expanding in the Madison area and looking for a mechanically inclined, self‑motivated Service Technician to join our team. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and being out in the field—not stuck behind a desk—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Install, service, and troubleshoot commercial laundry equipment
• Travel up to 75% of the time (some overnights)
• Communicate with customers to provide solutions and great service
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and follow all safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and team‑oriented
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical is a plus
• Ability to lift/move up to 125 lbs
• Valid U.S. work authorization; must pass background & screenings

The field Service Technician delivers exceptional customer service while representing the Century Laundry Distribution team. They will be required to drive a company vehicle and maintain high safety standards.
